Hi, my name is Hewitt. I work at the Front Desk here at Eagle Creek Athletic Club. Outside the gym, I volunteer at Spectrum Secondary School as a badminton Coach. I plan to pursue a post-secondary education in Kinesiology. While I was in high school I played badminton on a competitive level and volleyball for fun. I graduated high school in 2023 and am now working part-time here at ECAC and with the RCN (Royal Canadian Navy) as a Boatswain.
Hello, my name is Jackson Sahota. I’m a certified nutrition coach, personal trainer, sports enthusiast, and sociable guy who loves to make conversation. I’ve been working at Eagle Creek Athletic Club for over two years now, and it’s my favourite job I’ve ever had! My entire life has revolved around exercise, health, and sports, so to be able to work directly with my community on subjects I value gives me great satisfaction. My approach to wellness is best described as holistic, focusing not only on physical fitness but also on nourishing the body and mind for long-lasting results. In the gym, you can find me either at the front desk, on the floor training clients, or pursuing my own fitness goals.
Hi there! My name is Spencer. Aside from lifting weights and other gym-related stuff, I love reading books, research, and articles. Basically, a nerd who loves to lift. I did play competitive basketball before as well, although I just do it for leisure nowadays. For my achievements/milestones, I have the following:
Someday, I aspire to either become a certified kinesiologist, physiotherapist, or doctor. My goal is to be able to help as many people as possible with whatever health-related or fitness-related goal/concern they have.
See you all around the facility.
I've always been an athlete. I doubt that's much of a surprise since most personal trainers are lifelong athletes. But, in many ways, I'm different than your typical trainer. I want to teach you the skills you need to walk away and continue your journey at your own pace - safely and with confidently. When you're ready to take the next step, I'll help you push your boundaries in a fun & judgment-free environment.
I'm Victoria Cronkhite, I'm 17 years old and I attend Spectrum Community School as a Student Athlete. I love playing soccer and I play for the BC team and the U17 Swiss National Team. I have other hobbies in music and arts. My dream is to play professional soccer and play for my country.
Hello my name is Becca and I am a second-year kinesiology student with a passion for movement and wellness. When I'm not hitting the gym, you'll find me relaxing in nature or jamming out to my favorite songs. Whether I'm hiking, playing tennis, or honing my swing at the driving range, I love staying active and embracing every opportunity to move.
Driven by my interests in mental and physical health, I'm currently on the path to becoming a certified yoga teacher. I'm excited to blend my knowledge of kinesiology with the mindfulness of yoga practice to help others achieve balance in their lives. With aspirations to become a certified kinesiologist, I'm dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their fitness goals and live their best lives.
Always eager to expand my horizons, I'm setting my sights on delving into the world of calisthenics and mastering the art of the handstand.
I am very passionate about helping others feel confident and find happiness through self-care. I believe that when your body feels good, you achieve more in life. My roots began with performing in ballet and tennis, then to activities that brought me more structure and balance like yoga, group fitness, and personal training. As a CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer, I enjoy showing people what potential they have and how to maintain a well-balanced lifestyle and quality of life.
